I’m so fucking sick of poker right now. I dropped 4 BI’s at 100 yesterday, despite overall feeling good about how I was playing, after dropping another 4 BI’s or so on ipoker, mostly through suck outs, and some tilt induced shity play vs the irritating fish that frequent that site I’m fed up and very frustrated. I really need to withdraw my roll from ipoker, yet at the same time, don’t feel like abonding the $465 in bonus I have left on there, then again I can’t beat 50 on there, cause its fucking rigged lol.
I made some bad stack offs today, miss played some hands, and ran somewhat bad, especially in AA / KK situations. Just put in another session on ipoker, where I managed to drop another BI, loosing the only 2 sets I believe I picked up, one for a $150+ pot.
The slope of my red line has got more pronounced over the last couple of day’s, I’m sure its mostly a mix of running a bit crap, and playing a lot more 50nl then 100nl, where I’m not getting as much FE as I’m used to. I’ll keep an I on it and hopefully have a good run of things from here on out.
This was my first session of the day, and rather a long one, as I didn’t take a break until both my 180 man’s finished. Despite being BE, I was really happy with this session, more or less BE in red line whilst 12 tabling mostly 100nl and some 50nl is a huge improvement for me. Unfortunately my day was tainted by a pretty rough session to follow, which no doubt sank my lovely red line, I was -$300 at one point, but thankfully managed to finish at around – $92.
I’ve put in 3.5k hands on ipoker today, I was trying to cross the 6k points mark but I gave up at 4k. I’m still stuck around 2.5 BI’s on this site, I honestly think I’ve played well today though, I lost 3.5 BI’s in the middle 1k of my hands, but before and after are more or less BE, so I think that was standard mostly, though I definitely need to work light 4b’ing vs some of the regs into my game there, only down it twice in my 4.1k hands so far. I’m also down 3 BI’s in AIEV, which actually feels kinda good for a change lol.

My beloved computer was in need for some upgrades after it failed to wake up on Thursday, so today, pretty much all of today in fact I was busy cautiously trying to test and setup the new components. I now have a Phenom II CPU and 6GB of Tri-Channel memory (shame my board is dual-channel lol). Its been a long day, so I’m not expecting to get any play in tonight, though I am aware I am way behind the pace I would like and hope to catch up tomorrow.
i don’t think I played on the 1st, though I did have a good day on the 2nd, play mostly 100nl on stars. Since then I’ve made a deposit on ipoker and have been trying to get used to it, to allow me to pick up a quick $600 deposit bonus. Its so different to stars, and its driving me a little nuts tbh, I just hope I can adjust to bother the site and the players asap. It feels like the optimal way to play this site is just to play a ton of tables in a very ABC style, and then get the hell out as soon as you complete whatever bonus you have forced yourself to commit to.
I haven’t updated my previous post about January yet, but as you can see from the my graph, things didn’t go all that well, I do feel good about the month though, especially ensuring I made plat and doing well at 100nl in the last 3 days of the month, only the middle of the month really sucked and over all it was an enjoyable month. I’ve got to get saving for a new house atm, so I’m going to put off buying that chair I showed a while back, though I will be rewarding myself with that keyboard if I’m finish pleased with how I played over the month.
I’m also going to introduce some sort of graph or chat to monitor my progress towards my annual $ won target, though I haven’t started on that yet.
