The t-shirts I had printed from High Roller Clothing will now soon be available to order direct via there website, I’ll let u know when they become available.
My review of my first order can be found in my reviews category, found here, and you can see pictures of some of the t-shirts in this earlier post.
Was feeling really good at the start of the month, then everything goes to heck again. Its a little frustrating that my game is always in flux, things are constantly changing so I can’t just grind at a relatively constant rate it seems, but hopefully in the long run it’ll be worthwhile. I’m very glad I had some FPP’s worth exchanging this month though, well not many, but I was grateful for the 10k of them I spent on sats earlier.
More negative comes in the form of sleepyness in that I’ve been so tired recently I’m way bellow my typical pace and will now have a bit of a struggle to hit plat for next month. On the plus side, I’ve realized a few leaks that I’ve had this month, so hopefully with a bit of effort I’ll improve in those areas and start to pull in some results I can be proud of again.

After failing to be awake enough for another session (always fun to fire up one more session only to loose all of your day’s profits), I pretty randomly created a thread on the HPT forums about some poker aha moments of mine, click the link bellow to check out the thread, I’ve copied my aha moments here:
1. flatting KK is way way way way way way way way better then 3b’ing if facing a 4b will make your sphincter twitch.
2. choosing to play OOP is like choosing to drive a car with no breaks because its in your favorite color
3. fish and regs alike instinctively try and beat 1 pair way more then they try to get an over pair or TP to fold
4. don’t assume a reg is a thinking player, treat him as a tight fish until he proves u wrong
5. avoiding tilt, burnout, stress and having a healthy lifestyle will earn u more at the tables then any single improvement in strategy (beyond the very very basics) ever will
I’ve recently had some coaching from a good friend of mine, who’s doing a bit of coaching on the side, so I wanted to offer a few words to say thanks. He’s an experienced player, who now predominantly plays 6m nlhe.
We’ve discussed hand histories rather a lot in the past, and have just done a course of sweats with some theory to back up ideas. He’s prepared to tailor his approach to your needs and focus on what areas you are struggling with. After months and months of doing shit, our last sweat was amazing, he really touched on some key points regarding range manipulation, bet sizing and thin value.
He has a very good understanding of the game and helps you understand why certain actions are taken over alternative options and where the ev comes from, would highly recommend his coaching to anyone unl grinder.
I’ve been really tired recently and consequently haven’t gotten around to posting, sorry about that. I was going great at the start of last week, but then tilted off 2 BI’s, ran a little bad and misplayed some big pots, I think I’ve regained my composure now and I’m ready to start playing solid poker again, but the damage has been considerable. I’m a little disappointed with my red line, I’ve made some improvements that I thought would show but apparently not yet, I don’t expect to be BE in red line this month, but hopefully will be soon. I think its fair to put some of the red line loss to running bad.
Anyway here’s the graph, I hope to get more hours in for the rest of the month and improve a ton.
