Noooooooooo!
Well, I reached my lofty hands target of 5k today, as I didn’t get any done last night. Unfortunately though, I finished around $140 down. I’m just guessing here, but I think this is a 12k hand downswing, which really really sucks after all the hours I have been putting in, especially on top of the 11k hands BE stretch at the start of the month, though I admit that was due to me loosing my game.
I do feel I am playing well though, or at least well enough to rake in a profit at my usual win rate and I am not tilting, I am even far less results orientated then I have been in the past. I am though, very worried about my slowly depleting bankroll and feel a little down about not making any money for a good few days.
I may give myself a day off tomorrow, I don’t think I need one, but another loosing session or two and I probably will, so it is perhaps best I take a day off before it gets to that stage. I have barley had any time to review hands, catch up on 2p2 or do any work preparing my own concept of the week article for the uNL forum, so there is a lot of poker stuff that I can busy myself with should I refrain from playing.
If I get the itch I may even sit in a few 180 man tournaments, winning one of those will do a great deal to make me feel better about my bankroll.
